Looks like this may be part of your problem.

>>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_FNISCreatureVersion_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<<

You should double check that you are using the correct version of Creature Behaviour from the SE version of FNIS, available a bit lower down on the files page here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3038?tab=files

Otherwise, keep in mind that using mass amounts of animations can be very taxing on your system, and FNIS XXL has more inherit issues that can creep up in it than the default edition.

I would also advise looking at XPMSSE unless XPMS2HDT is a hard dependency for something you're using. XPMSSE has built in support for HDT, and is generally the go-to for higher-grade skeleton mods. Nemesis may also be worth your time to look at, as Fore has now retired from modding and Nemesis is by all accounts the successor to the throne. It features built in support for animations that require FNIS.

XPMSSE can be found here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1988

Nemesis can be found via a link in the dependencies on this page: (I'm not sure what the policy for external links is around here, to be honest.)
