Hey ppls
I was foolin around with a custom radio Mod (this one) and asked myself a few questions.
Searched a bit and couldnt find any answeres, thought maybe somebody could help me with this.
What i wanna know is, if there are problems with bigger .wav files in a custom radio.
So lets say i just add a complete radio show, as one file, into my custom radio.
Will there be any problems?
I guess it will have to load the file ingame and bigger files will take a while, so logically 3 or 4 bigger files would generate huge gaps between the files, aye?
So 100 smaller .wav files of 30-50mb are better then 4 700mb files...?
But maybe it doesnt matter, cause it will be loaded in the background while another one is alrdy playin?
Thx in advance

The game has to load that huge file and well.. I'm really sure that it's performance friendly. I think you really should convert it to .xwm. The size limit of a BA2 file is around 4.2 GB by the way.

In my opinion, it's far better.

Yay thx 4 the reply
I guess .xwm is smaller than .wav.
Okay i will try that, the Mod should work with .xwm files.
