Where do deleted mods go when Vortex unisntalls and unarchives them?

I know they aren't going to my recycling bin, but if that is the case where are they going when I uninstall and delete mods on the vortex launcher on the library? Is there a certain folder that the deleted files are going to? ;

 

Cause even though they are "deleted" , they obviously are taking up disc space (since I got a notification that I need more disk space to allocate)
