Downloading mods here but rarely to make mods (new in this forums)

So, for the past 4 years I'm here only to download, endorse, and track mods on the main Nexus Mods site. I heard that this place is probably a fresh start for me to know some things I wanted to learn in the forums.

 

I have a liking of gaming in general. I do used to make mods for GTA in the past, and now I'm more to use mods rather than making them on my personal take. I also like writing stories.

 

Besides, I'm thinking that maybe this place is where I can voice my request to those who are competent in modding Fallout 4. And yeah, this is my first to be in this forums after 4 years I signed up, and last time I used this is for personal messaging. So... where to begin...? :confused:
