My game sometimes become stuttering and freeze every seconds with mods

I play games with lot of mods. Everything work fine but since after my laptop changed SSD storage from HDD and sure I backup all mods and relocate the game files but then I start play the game, there have problem with randomly freeze and stuttering ingame. Sometimes my game cant even open the game. Sometimes my game can open as usual but after load file and loading then keep loading no finish, try to wait 30mins still no luck then i force quit. Sometimes my game work fine after loading and got into game. All looks ok play but after long play in one day ingame, some random area or some event got start stuttering and freeze every seconds so lagging cant unplayable after that.

I look up on StardewValley.api command prompt while ingame there a lot red lines pop out and keep same words repeatedly. I can't figure up which mod cause this random stuttering and freeze. Hopefully someone can help me to find it conflict and fix this?

See this link image (I cant upload image here due large size):

You can use a log to show your list of mods.

But the stuttering tells me you are getting Out of Memory errors.

You might have too many big frameworks

I use Nvidia GTX1050 with 16 rams in my laptop plus use SSD storage. I think my spec already OP to play Stardew Valley. So, any how to fix this out of memory?

Your Graphics card isn't the problem.. SDV is a 32-bit program.. so it's limited to 2-3GB of ram and all the mods are taking too much and thus it stutters and freezes.

SMAPI make SDV LAA but still it has limits so the best thing you can do is slim it down some.. I keep a low amount of mods on mine with Custom Music being the only big thing and my computer stutters once in a while even though I have the maximum requirements and a GTX1080 :P.

Not cause by other mods? Because too many mods I used? Hmm ok maybe I try remove some little mods im not use. After that I try play game until end of 1 day ingame time. Hopefully pass in 1 day

If you still sure this cause might because of out memory which too many mods used in a game, I try to remove more until its work smooth back again
