Help? FNV CTD

So recently i have been having some problems with fallout new Vegas. it was crashing on start up. I re installed it completely today and re downloaded my mods. with no mods on i got to the screen where you can choose to load or continue etc.. i dident actualy try to start the game then because thats the fathest i have gotten and i just asummed it was working fine. Then i re activated my mods and it wasent working. I checked my load order, moved some things around, and started up the game. yet again, a CTD at start up like originally. I dont think its my load order but here it is just incase.

(this is different then my normal load order i think. i use NMM but i switched to FOMM to copy and paste). Thanks for any help!

Thanks momotoe, I've looked at FNV edit before but haven't tried it. I'll look at it more tomorrow.

So idk weather to make a topic or not so i will just post it here. I found that it wasn't my load order and in fact WMXUE and WRP+ EVE. i don't know which one it was because i deleted them all. it started working right away. So if you're having the same problem as me try deleting WMXUE, WRP or EVE.

For future reference, crashing on launch is usually caused by a mod requiring a master that you don't have.
