I had the same problem. It's the 2HC/2HM mod.. either you downloaded an old version that isn't compatible with Skyrim SE or the mod itself doesn't work. If you're using MO2, uncheck the mod, regenerate the FNIS output, use loot to check the load order, and launch the game. The T-pose should go away, since it's that mod that is causing it.

If you're seeing this, it means the mod that added that needs to be removed. It will not work.

You have either added some Skyrim LE animations or you have clicked some of the boxes at the bottom of FNIS user panel you should not have clicked (the ones that say not for Skyrim SE).
