Download speed below 300kb

Hey guys.

A few months ago, I downloaded files with Vortex at speeds of 2MB/s. That's the limit the platform has set. So I subscribed to Premium for 3 months. My download speed has risen to 32MB/sec which is my default download speed.

It's been a month since I'm Premium anymore and my speed dropped to 300kb/s. It never gets past that speed. What's happening? Revenge for no longer being Premium? Hahahaha.

The problem is not my connection because yesterday I downloaded Conan Exiles in 3 hours (130GB) and the vortex is downloading at 300kb/s for a while. :confused:

What I suspect is happening is that you had a good connection to our Premium-only CDN, but you have a bad connection to the free CDN.

I've pasted your results above but removed some of the IP information. Our developers need to be able to see your results.

 

Looking at what you've posted it seems you didn't do all the server tests (or just averaged them out?), however the ones you did complete shows a bad connection to the CDN nodes accessible from a free account. You might want to try a VPN (if you have access to one) or report the issue to your ISP.

Oops. I've only tested one location on each server. I did everyone's today. Here are the results:

EU Servers - Armsterdam (290kb), Prague (275kb)

US Servers - Los Angeles (305kb), Chicago (365kb), Miami (430kb)

Worldwide - Premium CDN (3,5mb)

The results are very similar to the tests done a few days ago.
