I've been modding like crazy and have about 70 mods installed changing everything from textures to features. Having said that I've only tinkered with the mods outside of the nexus installer once. would it be possible that while I was tinkering with the armor meshes I could have deleted the heads off my female stormcloaks? These are the mods I have please note that I have been running 52+ of these without problems. This is the first I've ever heard of this. Halendia Posted June 11, 2013 Share Posted June 11, 2013 (edited) Bodyparts and armors are not in the same folder Vanilla files are packed in .bsa archives, I doubt you "accidentally" extracted meshes, deleted femalehead, repacked it and replaced original .bsa Even if you did, there is no such thing as female head for Stormcloaks, ALL (human) females share mesh, if it was a problem on that front, you'd notice it on all females.Now, because of the indecipherable modlist you posted here (clean it a bit will you?) I'm having a hard time finding what might cause issues for you. In theory, we'd be looking for a mod that either alters Stormcloaks or helmets, but I've had this very problem before on guards in Ivarstead, though I'm not entirely sure if I ever solved it (not exactly my hangout), and if I did, no idea what mod caused it (I'm running roughly 200+ mods). ripple Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 What was the last mod(s) you installed before you started noticing that guards had no heads? Are we talking about guards having no heads or are we talking about guards whose heads disappear when they are wearing helmets (kill a guard, loot their helmet, and see if the head 'comes back')? While you are at it, replace your mod list with a BOSS log (with the messages), including a list of plugins not recognized by BOSS. Enclose them in spoiler tags so they won't clutter the screen. When I was installing All Female Guards - Original Armors Edition - AllFemaleGuards 5_0 Original Armors Edition it gave me a mesh for new guard helmets but I went screwing around with the folders and deleted the texture.
