Having major trouble with mods

Hi.

So I love adding content to my Skyrim SE game but I do not fully know what I am doing when it comes to modding. Recently I tried to instal this romance mod that required a bunch of other mods and, well, I have the new mod but all the men in Skyrim are now T-posing and will not move and I have lost the ability to communicate with all the female characters and I am really not sure how this has happened and how to fix it. I also have the race menu mod and while playing with stuff in hopes of making my game run smoother, I lost several of the race menu features and even after putting everything back the way it was, I still do not have them. Any and all help would be most appreciated as I really love playing this game and am really upset that I can not right now.

Thank you.

Sometimes when you change your mod list, you need to start a new game--this is why Live Another Life or a related mod would be useful--LAL's "Camping" start basically starts you right outside Helgen, with the choice of going through the fortress or running straight off to Riverwood. Skips the Finally Awake cutscene.

Have you downloaded Fore's New Idles and ran it after your latest mod change? Romance mods often involve animations, and some even involve changing up the models themselves, so making sure the animations are actually installed (They typically aren't to save space when downloading a mod) can prevent scenarios like T-posing.
