Certain armors have invisible hands

I keep having this issue with random armor types and I can't figure out what's causing it, most of the armors this is happening to haven't even been modded, it happens with npc's too.

What do you have installed that is not shown on the load order?

 

What are your system specs?

I doubt that it's actually random. By any chance do all of the affected armors have gloves or gauntlets associated with them? It might be the glove mesh or texture that is causing the problem.

I thought that for a while but the rivet city guard armor is one the armors affected and that armor has bare hands
