Weird leg bug/glitch

I have this odd animation issue when turning my character with magic.

 

I;ve tried everything I can think of to fix it but no luck.

I was but I removed them to see if that would fix it, which it didn't.

I just tried deleting the animations and meshes.bsa.

 

Animations did nothing just waiting on meshes

 

if it helps I had YY anim replacer - mystic knight. Then because of a levitation spell I downloaded which the author suggested 2 other animations mods so you could get a more 'levitaty' effect. Those where 'New animations for magic casting' and 'Pretty combat idles'.

 

All the install and uninstalls however I did with the NMM

Meshes did nothing as well =/

 

Disabling everything but skyrim in NNM also did nothing

A new Meshes.bsa did nothing. Disabling everything but skyrim in the NMM did nothing. Even installing the animation mods again does nothing.
