If this post wasn't on the opening page of Nexus, I would never have read it.  You are lacking any information that might provide a clue to what you want.

 

I suggest you read "How to ask for help" https://wiki.nexusmo...to_ask_for_help provide all the information noted there, including any and all mods that do not appear in the load order and then post in the Fallout 3 forum.  It can be found here https://forums.nexus...x.php?c=278,281  under "Game Specific Forums", "Games Starting with F".

Hi! Like the above post says. It would be best if you provided a little more information.

 

What is the issue? is the game crashing? Freezing? Stuttering? Not loading?

 

Do you have any installed mods? and does your hardware meet the requirements?

Fallout 3 can be tough to get running in a stable manner and It's notoriously jank on anything beyond windows 7 but it's possible with some tweaks.

maybe you have the same problem as i had with running the european steam version of fo3. it refused to start for me due to win 10 and missing games for win live files.

steam do not help you with this problem. it is not even documented,
