[Mod Request] - No Hand Car Spawn

I like to ride the train around the map, and the hand car spawn in St. Denis always stops the train and causes a mess. Even blowing it off the tracks wont work since it spawns at a fairly quick rate

I would love to have a mod that removes the spawn, or moves it to one of the adjacent rails where it can not get in the way of the train.
