I had recently uninstalled PROJECT PROTEUS, because it was giving me some issues. 

But now my game wont start, and ctd without it installed.

 

How do I remove this mod? Can anybody help?

The mod author does say it is okay to install this mod mid-game, however he says nothing about whether it is safe to uninstall it mid-game, at least I did not see anything pertaining to that.

 

From just a quick glance at the mod I would think you will have to go to a save before you installed this mod, either that or start a new game.

 

You could post your question on the mods "post" page, maybe someone there could help you.

I was actually able to fox this, and found out what the peoblem was
I hsd dual sheathe redux make a patch, and it had made on that had made proteus a hsrd requirement.
Once that patch was removed, my game starts up perfectly now.
