Trying to Mod Vr Skyrim and the game won't load

I'm trying to mod Skyrim Vr, and for some reason when i load up the game it'll run fine until i try to start a game. I don't know what ive done wrong. I did change the SKSE papyrusutil.dll file in the folder with the vr one since it said it was having conflicts but now the game just stays on the screen after i hit new game and i can't do anything but look around. It won't let me post the photos of my list because they are too big, but if theres some way someone can help that would be great.

This is a mod conflict of some kind, not really a Vortex problem I'm afraid. I'd suggest asking in the Skyrim SE or Skyrim VR forum
