Loaded up one of my old save games after buying Heathfire and I wanted to get the children's bedroom in Hjerim, bought all the decorations before installing it so went back to Jofleif but he wont give me any options to install the new room. Any advice or console commands gratefully recieved

Same problem for me =( .... please help ....

 

I only get the option "[....]Childrens room" ... he takes my money ... but nothing is added to the room in the house. This is clearly a bug. So what console code can I use to add the childrens room in Hjerim ?
