Mods Broken.

Hello, my fallout 4 mods seem broken and i don't know how or why. i tried to use CBBE but it doesn't apply right for some reason and my body is just patchwork/Non-nude and my head ain't able to change skin tones it also seems my game is recognizing mods that aren't installed it shows like I have a head mod but i uninstalled it and nothing changed. I tried to delete CBBE and all it did was broke my game so i don't know. i should also mention that i tried have uninstalled both steam & fallout 4 and cleared my vortex files but that didn't seem to fix anything.

 

 

Sorry if this isn't the place to put this but i just don't know.

I did post there also but i don't know if the problem is CBBE or vortex. or just fallout.

Doesn't sound like it is Vortex. It sounds like some sort of mod conflict.

could be, but i deleted the mod and the mods that were probably conflicting and now my fallout isn't working. it doesn't start and i have to task manger shut it down

Ok. If you are truly stuck, you can take the "nuclear" approach:

 

First, I would PURGE from Vortex. Then I would literally delete my entire data folder and then reacquire it verifying/repairing with STEAM to get everything back to pure vanilla. DEPLOY at that point and see where you are at.
