Oblivion crashing, help?

Hello, recently I've been having issues with Oblivion and I'm not sure what caused whether it's a recent mod addition or what. I use Wrye Bash for load order and I am always so careful to make sure the mods I have don't conflict with one another, and I honestly don't have very many. I also use Pinnacle Game Profiler to use controls on an Xbox 360 controller, not sure if it's relevant or not but I want to give as much information as possible.

 

Anyway, how the game crashes is once I load my save game it runs normal for 2-3 minutes, nice and smooth. Then all of a sudden it jumps to my desktop and the game windows itself as if it alt-tabbed for me, and I can't get back in the way I normally do when I switch applications. The music continues to play in the background when I try to "Switch to.." in task manager but it remains windowed and unresponsive. My computer has handled the game perfectly well for the duration of the time that I've played it and I've never had this issue before. I can't even fight a few goblins before it does this. I've tried reloading a new save, starting a new game, fast travelling, running to different locations, caves, etc., but I don't know what is causing it to do this. I would really love some assistance, this is making the game unplayable!

 

I installed BOSS to make sure the mods were in correct load order, and after that is when the game started doing this so I promptly uninstalled it thinking that BOSS and Wrye Bash conflicted when loading the game but it's still doing it.
