Would it be possible for someone to make a mod similar to Tonicmole's Busty mod for Fallout 4 and make it available for Skyrim SE, also for use on consoles.

Primarily for the vanilla body but can also work with other body mesh mods, it's mod that increases the vanilla bust size and a slight increase in booty size of the character and NPCs and also affects armour and clothing, without being ridiculously over proportioned.

I'm pretty sure CBBE is available on Xbox, as is the Seraphine body, and both of those are far better than the Busty mod for Fallout 4.
