Was uninstalling, and I accidentally "removed" a file that was "uninstalling." Result? Can't reinstall the file, seemingly at all.

I got hasty.

 

I was migrating to another mod organizer because I was tired of Vortex not letting me control my load order.
But in the process, I seem to have done something. Legendary modifications "exists" but isn't around.

It was a specific warning. To paraphrase, "Hey, what you just did might break files. Rebuild your load order, pal."
So the short of it is, I think I need to know where Vortex kept this, and then... I need to blow that file straight to kingdom come. Otherwise, no legendary mods for me... I think. Issue is not with the mod itself. Issue is that I flat out cannot install it as a consequence of... probably this.

This is my best guess about the cause of the problem. That, or I'll have to entertain the possibility that my computer is haunted by the ghost of one of these files I killed, and that the files want revenge.

 

So... can you save this poor fellow from his ghost mod?

 

 

 

Edit: Never mind. I found it. Ghost seems to have stopped haunting... for now.

vortex gives you full control over your load order. the rest of your post is nonsense.
