LE Sneak killmove from front

For those of us with high sneak level or fast positioning, I'd like a chance to activate custom killmove when sneak attacking from the front (with a onehand/dagger).

 

I'd love you if you could make it so that the player stands up, walks to NPC, player puts one hand on NPC shoulder and uses other weapon hand to thrust upward into the NPCs stomach (whlie pulling NPC slightly towards player from shoulder).

 

Pretty please? I don't want to power thrust my dagger into enemy groins anymore.
