Legendary blueprinsts of clothes.

Just something that have been bothering me for a long time now, and i believe other people too, i just think is frustrating that when i play a character that i like to craft every item that i use, and i am limited by rarity, for a example there is a piece of clothing that i think is cool, but it is of rare rarity, and that limits the number o slots for mods for that piece, which kinda forces you to craft legendary clothes so you have more slots.

What i am asking here is for a mod that puts in the game a legendary blueprint version of every single piece of clothing, i already know that there is a mod on nexus that turns any item you have into legendary, but i don't think it is as satisfying/immersive than creating your own stuff, at least for me that spend levels on the TECHNICAL ABILITY Crafting tree and is limited on what i think looks better VS mods slots and more armor.
