Skyrim SE crashes on fast travel and after a few minutes

As the title suggests, Skyrim SE keeps crashing whenever I fast travel. Sometimes it lets me look around for a while and sometimes it instantly CTD.

 

Here are the mods. Install dates and priority orders are included.
