I'd love it as well! Though I have a feeling all one would need to do is simply copy the textures from a stalhrim armour set and slowly using a photomanip program integrate it into the dragon scales armour textures and bam you have it. I think.

I don't think anyone is, which is surprising, since it seems like an easy mod to make but I'm no texturer.
