LE Hood shadows?

So realistically, worn hoods cast a whole lot of shadows on someone's face. It's often a cool and mysterious effect. For example,

Something I noticed in Skyrim is that their hoods don't cast shadows at all. It's as if they had a tiny LED light on the inner top of the hood.

 

I'm not a modder, so I don't really know what's the cause nor how to resolve this minor thing. But I just thought it'd be cool addition anyway.
