Am i the only one who would like to have his own organization in Skyrim like the Companions or the Dark Brotherhood. Well that you get quests from bountys and other who need help. That you have your own hall where you can take some followers or leave them (like housecarls) . That you get paid in the "Guildmaster's chest" also like in the warriors guild or like Thieves den in Oblivion or that you even send your followers on the quests. Also that you can make some banners for the faction that you have in the hall or outside. So if anyone understands what i mean that would be great.
