Several of the posters here are now showing Premium, so I imagine their issues are resolved.

We are investigating an issue related to Legacy Supporter plans causing problems so it may be something we can improve.

Sorry, for replying on this older thread but I also have this problem when trying to purchase a monthly subscription and also tried several browsers and computers, it makes no difference over several days.

And in my bank app I can see two reservations on my card for 0,00 euro.

Can you please help.

Please don't hijack an old thread.

I'm afraid if your bank is rejecting the transaction there's not anything we can do on our end. You may want to try the PayPal option instead.
