Bumbletrees
So, I recently started up Skyrim Special Edition after years of playing oldrim LE. I have installed the exact same animation mods that I had in LE, but the arm fix is not working. When I initially got these mods in oldrim, I was having the same issues, shield going down while moving if I was guarding, hands staying at my side when casting or holding a torch, that kind of thing. However, when I ticked the skeleton arm fix, it all worked out fine. This time, in SE, with the exact same mods, the bug is happening again, but arm fix is not working. I also have two warnings that I don't really know what to do about. Unfortunately I am not well versed in messing around with files and try to avoid it whenever possible. I looked on forums about this kind of thing and I am pretty sure I have done everything right. I installed FNIS and run it through Vortex, and the only thing that overwrites FNIS is FNIS Data, which needs to.
Hanaisse
It looks like your FNIS is not set up correctly. Did you deploy all your mods first? Go to the FNIS Tool shortcut in your dashboard and edit the Target to point to your Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim Special Edition/Data/Tools/GenerateFNISforUsers/GenerateFNISforUsers.exe file. Thank you so much, that's what It was. I had it set to the fnis executable in the vortex filepath
