hmm to be more precise I want the orignal values of following;

fLightLODDefaultStartFade=10240.0
fLightLODRange=10240.0
fLightLODMinStartFade=10240.0
fLightLODMaxStartFade=10240.0
fShadowLODDefaultStartFade=200.0
fShadowLODRange=200.0
fShadowLODMinStartFade=100.0
fShadowLODMaxStartFade=1000.0
fSpecularLODDefaultStartFade=10240.0
fSpecularLODRange=10240.0
fSpecularLODMinStartFade=10240.0
fSpecularLODMaxStartFade=10240.0

Rename the current ini to, let's say, Fallout3.ini.old (or Fallout_Prefs.ini.old), start the game to generate a new one, copy/paste the above values from the new ini to the old one, delete the new ini and rename the old one to Fallout3.ini (or Fallout_Prefs.ini) again. And that's how you reset only certain values.

 

Also, here's a suggestion, you should make a backup of your inis each time you go to edit them, to avoid problems like this in the future. I learned that when I had the same problem you have now.
