Wasthereonce Posted August 6, 2021 Share Posted August 6, 2021 Hello everybody! I have a mod request that would be huge for Black Ops 4 Zombies fans and a very immersive character in general. The Black Ops 4 character Scarlett Rhodes is one of the main characters in the Black Ops 4 Zombies mode. If you listen to this video here, you'll see that there's something familiar about those voice lines. That's because Scarlett Rhodes and Fallout 4's main female character Nora are both voiced by the same voice actress: Courtenay Taylor. Now, I think Scarlett Rhodes is a very intriguing character and because her voice is already in the wasteland, this would make a perfect mod for a character preset. Her outfit is extremely unique as well, and I haven't seen anything similar throughout all the Fallout 4 mods I've viewed.
