Which is the better mod manager: NMM or MO2?

I'm trying to get feed back on which is the better mod manager for overall performance, bodyslide use, and organizing:  NMM or MO2.

I've been using NMM, which does have some annoyances, but I'm curious if the average person feels MO2 is better or if I'm just not using NMM to it's full potential.
