CTD on Fast Travel

Hello,

I'm kind of new too modding, but recently my game has CTD'd on fast travel to city and dwarven ruin locations for the most part. I tried verifying the game cache, turning off auto save, checking LOOT, and cleanings my mods with sseedit. I haven't reinstalled yet and would prefer not to, what is the next step I should take? (it may just be that I need to get an SSD card I;m not sure haha) On the other hand I may have and HDD but my game runs pretty smooth other than the CTD's on fast travel.
