Skyrim LE Out Of Memory Crash

Hello guys I need some help.

I'm playing Skyrim LE with 100+ mods. But no matter what i do, I can't stable this game. I was constantly dealing with crashings.

I tried those two guides and now, when game crashes, CrashFixPlugin gives me an error dump.
Here;
15 Aug 09:32:22 Skyrim has failed to allocate memory! Possibly running out of memory. Size / alignment of object being allocated was 11184938 / 0. Some things you can try:

1. Make sure ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true is set in enblocal.ini - if you don't have ENB then install ENBoost and enable this option.

2. Try set AlignHeapAllocate=0 in CrashFixPlugin.ini - if you get additional crashes then put back to 1.

3. If it's during ShowRaceMenu then close the menu from time to time to free memory.

4. Enable CustomMemoryBlock in CrashFixPlugin.ini to reduce memory fragmentation.

5. If it's during ShowRaceMenu then disable UseOSAllocators=1 and re-enable after character creation is completed.

I applied what was written but i enter the game, play 5-10 minutes and game crashes again. I controlling the memory using on the console. There is nothing wrong, and boom! Crashes again.

Don't now what to do, how can i solve this problem? My english is not so good by the way, I hope I was able to explain my problem.

I using Nexus Mod Manager.
