dynastysc2 Posted August 17, 2021 Share Posted August 17, 2021 D:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Fallout 3 goty\ All the .dll files moved without issue to this folder, however when i try and move the fose_loader.exe to this folder I get "You'll need to provide administrator permissions to move to this folder". Firstly, I'm the only user of this PC, and I'm administrator.Secondly, I've already Right-click, properties, security. Gave myself permissions and set ownership of this folder. Lastly, Any .exe I drop in this folder works completely fine, just whenever I specifically want to move the fose_loader.exe into this folder (which has the fallout3 launcher etc located within) will it give me the error and disallow me to move the file to the location... I've looked around google for a while and found no similar cases of this issue; would love to know if anyone has experienced this or knows a way around this.
