Character creation not working properly and dialogue menu not showing

Yesterday I reinstalled my Skyrim modlist to start a Fresh new game, I downloaded the mods (I removed some, specially the ones adding new locations) and started playing, when I started, I noticed I couldn't move my character's face around in the race menu, with time I managed to make my Character, but when I tried to engage dialogue with a NPC they speak, but the dialogue box does not appear, locking me there, I don't know what happens or what mod it's creating conflict, but I need Help, here´s my load order:
