[Mod Concept] "Shiny" Enemies

This is an idea that's been in the back of my mind whenever I'm grinding for materials, and I wanted to bring it up here, but I don't think it'd be possible (which is why it's not a request).

What I mean by "Shiny Enemies" is that there would be a 1 in 50/100 or so chance that you could come across an enemy using their FM or Vanilla color scheme (with enemies that didn't change getting new colors), and these rare versions would give x2 the experience, drop double the orbs, and have x2 the drop rate compared to their regular versions.


The idea is to help with grinding, so finding them would make life a bit easier whether you want materials, exp, or munny, and it would allow the FM colors and the Vanilla colors to exist in harmony.


The issue is, I don't even think is possible, or if it is, it'd take so much work to add twice the amount of "new" enemies per world, per visit without replacing any of the existing ones. Even so, doing this would further increase the size of the game, and make it much more prone to crashing than the standard replacement mod.


Still, I just wanted to put this idea out into the world and see what others think of it.
