NPCs Spawning without Armor/Weapons.

Problem: Npcs spawn with no armor or weapons even on new games.

Testing: I have tested with all my .esp .esm mods enabled and disabled and the bug only happens when they are enabled. So it must be one of them.

I have been playing skyrim for a long time and have been using mods for a long time and I understand how to install them correctly and so forth so I doubt that is my issue.

Hi, i have the same problem and from you're list i matched mine and these are what we are both using, so may help to narrow it down? no idea i thought it was a old mod i had installed then removed which caused this so i never bothered.
