LFact Posted August 28, 2021 Share Posted August 28, 2021 (edited) A typical 'wrong textures on wrong meshes' symptom. You have OCO and 'Enhanced Genetice Overhaul' in your load order, both are affecting races and NPCs, such mods are tend to be incompatible for many cases. And, if you read EGO descriptions carefully, it states 'SERIOUSLY; OCO IS NOT COMPATIBLE'. - Uninstall both(with cleaning up eye meshes and textures as well), install only one of them. **I'm not sure if there are other cosmetic/race related mods which affect eye meshes and textures there, but it's possible they may not be compatible with OCO or EGO.
