Blood and Wine weapons don't exist in the game anymore

I ran into a quite unusual problem during my latest playthrough. I've installed hundreds of mods over the course of the last years and had few problems with them until recently.

Now, after starting a new playthrough with a bunch of new mods, some items from Blood and Wine, specifically weapons, don't exist in the game anymore. I can't obtain them the normal way or through the console.

 

Missing weapons: Geralt of Rivia's sword, Ravix of Fourhorn's sword, Blave, The Reckoner, Tesham Mutna steel sword, Ancient Elven Sword. I'm sure that numerous other weapons are missing too.

Curiously, some weapons still exist: Aerondight, Geralt of Rivia's Crossbow.

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Which file does a mod have to edit to cause such a problem? And is there some way to fix this problem by manually editing some of the .ws files (I would like to avoid uninstalling or reinstalling the modifications, because I've installed quite a lot of them since my last playthrough).
