KurtGutch Posted September 7, 2021 Share Posted September 7, 2021 It's kind of difficult to explain, but long story short I reinstalled Steam and all my Steam games were automatically uninstalled as well. Keep in mind I put all of my SSE files into an external drive (D:), so I had no problems running SKSE Launcher with all my saved games intact (really, no problems whatsoever in that area). So after I reinstalled SSE again (because at first I thought that all my data was wiped and I had to rebuild everything), Steam made another folder for SSE, which is in the (C:) drive. It was only then that I realized that I have all of my files safe and sound in the (D:) drive. On top of that, I won't be able to use Vortex if I don't fix the mod deployment method, which I am confused about. I redirected the pathway to the same drive as my SSE folder as Vortex told me to(all Vortex related stuff is in the Vortex Mods folder), but it didn't accept that.
