Skin tone mismatch for head and body

bughair and face body help neck neck seam

Tried all kind of things i found on reddit, nothing worked, it looks like the normal skin is buried under some other skin I dont know.  (changed inis, disabled then enabled the archive check, etc.)

It happens.  Try this:  Neck seam concealer chains or any of the other half dozen mods.

I've never seen that before, try putting the New Vegas Redesigned 3. esp at the bottom of your load order, that's what the mod page says to do. It also says "You'll need to install Fallout Character Overhaul 2.3.1 first. Do not use Fallout Character Overhaul 3.0.", you appear to have version 3 if I'm reading that right.

Well the esp is as low as is should be, it overwrites everything that it has to I believe, and I use the 2.3.1 version as well. Sorry for the late reply.
