Getting CTDs mostly when I fast ravel

[Caravan45]

I get ctds usually when I fast travel used LOOT to sort my load order but did nothing

may I be able to fix this problem without starting a new game

I had this problem, later I found out it wasn't the "travel" it was the quicksave the game did just before the travel. For me it was a combo of Mods that you are not using, but maybe you are having the same issue due to a different combo. I could save the game using the ESC key but not when using F5 or Quick Travel.
