NobleNeed Posted September 18, 2021 Share Posted September 18, 2021 when I press start on the launcher, after the first copyright screen , my game skips the main menu and any other loading screens and loads me into a new, default character (5 in all specials, 15 in all stats, no name, default sliders), with a black screen, a glitched UI, and no control of said character (no buttons work). however I am able to access the console. when I coc I am able to move, talk, shoot, vats, go into locations, open my pip-boy etc. however upon opening my pip-boy, I am unable to close it. I am also unable to open the pause menu, and attempting to causes extreme lag. I automatically have all the couriers stash items in my inventory, with both the caravan shotgun and lightweight metal armor equipped (the items with the best stats, or nothing if I coc-ed before any of the packs loaded). also in the top left every radio signal in the game shows up (even the ones the player can't normally see), however I cannot see them in my pip-boy. all of this occurs regardless of if I have any mods, or add-ons enabled, and if I have any mods activated, they do not work. if I disable the dlc's or courier's stash add-ons, they still activate when I enter the game (before or after coc). if I die, I am once again unable to move or see (see image, I was killed by a goodsprings settler), and all the packs/dlcs re-activate. I can coc again, and the same as before occurs (able to move etc.). I have no idea why this is happening, and would appreciate any feedback, whether it be fixes, asking for more specific tests, or things to try to fix it.
