Searching for Mod: Experience against enemy type

Is there any mod that increase attack and defense against certain type of enemies after you defeat a lot of them?
For example: I killed 100 Falmer and got 1 Lvl in "Falmer Slaying" which gives me +5% Attack against all Falmers and +5% Defense to attack from Falmers
