MODS not work for me, please Help.

Unfortunately, I can't get the MODS to work with me, please help me.

For example, I installed this mod: Change the Copper sword of the weapon shop to Brave Sword Kai

But I still have the Copper Sword in the shop.

Other mods don't work with me either.
