SKSE randomly won't start

Ok, so, here the story :

I had a new PC (windows 10) and one my 1st reflex was to reinstall skyrim SE. I install Steam (on the C:/ but not the programs files, so it's like C:/Steam), I install skyrim se and launch it : it works fine (not at 1st, cuz of some vcruntime issue, but i installed visual studio 2015 to 2019 and it worked after that).

Then, I installed SKSE. I launched it and it worked. So i launched my research of how to clean skyrim (not my 1st time, but it's been a while), then relaunch skse to check smt (no change in between), this time, the black cmd window open then close without lauching skyrim.

TLDR : my Skyrim via skse only launch 1 out of 5 with 0 mod.

here's my skse64_loader.log :

skse64 loader 02000130 01D7B19CAC006BE2 6.2 (9200)

SKSE64 will probably not function correctly.
Try running skse64_loader as an administrator, or check for conflicts with a virus scanner.

the "main thread id" and "hookBase" change each times btw.

also, yes, i tried without virus scanner and firewall and i launch it as an admin.

i also check the files integrity and reintalled it, twice.

at this point, i wouldn't mind sacrificing a goat.

pls help

Okay, let me see if I have your problem sorted. You installed SSE fine, as well as SKSE 64-bit. You ran Skyrim launcher, right? Let it set up your system, then went to the main menu? Then quit. Then started skse_loader.exe, and it loaded okay. Then got into the main menu, the quit again. Then later tried it again, and came up with the error? And it has been a while since you last ran it, right, because of the error? Go into where you have skyrim installed, right click on SkyrimSE.exe, and go down to properties. Then click on Compatiblity. Then check run as administrator. Click apply, then okay. Do the same for skse64_loader.exe. Then try, again, running just that program. If it goes into game, then you are fine. If not, then there is something wrong with skse64. Redownload it, and install it manually. Don't include the src folder. It is not needed. And try again.

Similar thing happening here recently, launch Steam, then Skyrim Performance Monitor 64, then skse64 launcher. I got as far as the game menu for loading saves, and then ctd. Happened twice in a row, even after shutting down steam and starting over. A reboot of my machine fixed the problem, for now... I wonder if some recent MS security or defender update has caused some instability.

I am following this thread, will come back if problem reoccurs.

It's a different problem, I think. For me, it's clearly liked to skse, because when skyrim launch the 1 time out of 10, i have no problem. It's not a CTD of skyrim, it's skse that "do nothing". Skyrim don't even launch.

In my case, the game starts but I'm told my loaded in 2.0.19 is not being accepted, I am told it "isn't running" or "Is insufficiently Authenticated" despite my running it as administrator.

(I was testing various means and it could have just been using third-party activation of skyrim through SKSE. Steam, being Steam, is a likely offender and I suspect WeMod or the like would be as well but the mod managers and Wrye Bash are actively seeking SKSE which may be the difference...)
