Minor yet major dialogue issue

So basically during the opening sequence of the game, when Amata says her dialogue outside of the menu after first waking you up to escape, she ends up cutting herself off before her line about waiting for her and just runs off. Does anyone know what mod here causes the vanilla scripted dialogue to be jumpy like that? It seems like whatever is triggering her running off is starting too early, plus during one test of the opening sequence I heard dialogue cut off by someone during the GOAT test, also Amata I believe.

On a related note, if anyone can send me a modlist based around modernizing the gameplay and adding to realism like what I'm going for with NPC Height Randomizers and stuff, I would appreciate it. I know TTW is a thing and many features like iron sights don't need to be modded in, but I'm really just keen on playing Fallout 3 again for the DLC and The Cube mod quest which I had elected not to install until later in my game once I know I have the game modded 'safely'.

1. Some mods that will emulate Hardcore needs would be super nice. Because they would force you to roleplay human instead of a killing machine swoop upon the hapless mobs of Capital Wasteland. Simple Needs Expanded mod, for once.

2. Some big mods that increase locations/rooms/dungeons would be great. Because Fallout 3 can be quite empty unlosing to FNV. A World of Pain For Fallout 3 mod, for once, DC interiors for another.

3. Mods that change scenery slightly. Like Farms of Wasteland which add a few patch of crops outside of settlements. Or Attentaters which add more NPC. Vanilla FO3 is super empty in term of friendly NPC, feel like a ghost land. Megaton is an exception rather than the rule~

4. Graphic wise, I would recommend some small mods that eliminate litter decals. The damn things cant be cleaned off, which would drive an OCD player wild. So might as well make them no more. invisible street litter mod is a nice thing to have, beside the usual performance boost.
