diablo2resurrected Mod request - a monster state mod for d2r

I cant code. So i was hoping by write here someone would come by and pick up my idea.

 

For the original game there where a mod called Monster state mod. It lost its develepers and was dropped. What it did was to add 4 easy optained charms to craft with the Cube. Those charms would transform the player into a boss mob. With other words i could play as Diablo.

 

But i any want to catch it up and make it instead of crafting i would by glad if it was charms for buying with Akara. Hope someone wanna do this
