Can I use the creation kit to remove a Vanilla location?

So I'm stuck in the infamous Blackreach - Alftand Lift glitch where I constantly loop back and forth between the two (no matter where I am on the map) and since I don't have a save that predates the glitch I can't fix it (I've found no solution for it online). Since I don't want to lose my character due to a stupid glitch, I'm resorting to drastic measures.

Can I use the creation kit to remove the Alftand Great Lift location from the map? Hopefully if I can, it will stop trying to loop me there.

If that isn't possible, can I use the kit to either remove the actual lift from the locations (Whenever I loop back the lift activates, so hopefully if it's gone it won't loop)?

If either of these options are available, how would I go about doing them?

If you haven't heard of this glitch before, here is the best discussion I've heard on it:

can't you just open up console by tilde and then type "coc riverwood01"? or anything like that

I can move anywhere I want on the map, I can fast travel and enter interiors and run like hell and whatnot but I am still ALWAYS transported back to the lift.

That's a really messed up glitch, I just wouldn't delete where your character is. Can you perhaps explain a little more, like whenever you try to use a door or fast travel that's where you go? If so I guess deleting them would have to work because it wouldn't have any reference to it then. You can't truly delete it, as it will always be in your Skyrim.esm, but an esp can get rid of it for as long as it's activated.

I am transported to that location randomly. It happens just when I'm walking around, standing still, running, jumping, looking at the map, after fast travelling, while the console is open, while I'm sitting down for afternoon tea, anytime. It's not when I activate anything or enter different locations (I've actually ran around Whiterun for about a minute running through several the buildings, cutting down Nazeem and some guards because I was so mad before being transported back), it just happens without warning and without provocation.

A truly evil glitch.

EDIT: One thing I forgot to mention, I'm convinced it is the lift activating by itself because before being transported I hear the "click-fshoooom" sound the lift makes when you use it.

Just a side note to any very beginner modders that might see this. NEVER delete vanilla data unless you have a VERY good reason.

I am REALLY desperate lol

I've spent hundreds of hours on this character and don't want to lose him to a dumb glitch.

You should use something to clean up the save, I doubt deleting the location would fix anything if not crash the game because it'd try to teleport you to a non-existent location.

If it's a quest, that's where the script is, so just use the console to complete the quest related to that location (?) and the script should "shut itself down" and fix the problem.
